Group Sessions
A virtual 10-week, 90-minute anger management group program is structured to guide participants through understanding and managing their emotions in a supportive and interactive environment.



Individual Sessions
Individual sessions provide personalized support to help you understand and manage anger. With a therapist, you’ll identify triggers, explore emotions, and learn strategies like mindfulness and effective communication. Using approaches like narrative therapy, you’ll reframe negative patterns and build emotional resilience in a private, judgment-free space tailored to your needs.
